Delivery Partners

We use The Courier Guy for all local deliveries in South Africa. International shipping is handled by reputable courier partners.

Shipping Fees

South Africa: Standard delivery: R100 (Flat rate)

International: Shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.

Delivery Timeframes

South Africa:

- Major cities: 2-4 business days

- Outlying areas: 4-7 business days

International:

- 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.

Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.

Order Processing

- Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

- You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.

Delivery Address

- Please provide a complete and accurate address to avoid delays.

- We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

Lost or Damaged Items

- If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@sunbuddies.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date.

- If your order arrives damaged, please email us clear photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Customs & Duties (International Orders)

- International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

- Please check your country’s customs regulations before placing an order.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you are not satisfied, we offer hassle-free returns and exchanges under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

- Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Sale or clearance items are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at sales@kidseyes.co.za with your order number and reason for return/exchange.

2. We will provide return instructions, including the return address.

3. Once we receive the item and verify its condition, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refunds

- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.

Exchanges

- If you need a different size or style, we will gladly exchange your item, subject to availability.

- You may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

- Items that have been worn or used.

- Items returned without original packaging.

- Custom or personalized orders.
