We use The Courier Guy for all local deliveries in South Africa. International shipping is handled by reputable courier partners.
Shipping Fees
South Africa: Standard delivery: R100 (Flat rate)
International: Shipping fees vary by destination and will be calculated at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
South Africa:
– Major cities: 2-4 business days
– Outlying areas: 4-7 business days
International:
– 7 to 14 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing.
Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
Order Processing
– Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
– You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is dispatched.
Delivery Address
– Please provide a complete and accurate address to avoid delays.
– We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Lost or Damaged Items
– If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at sales@sunbuddies.co.za within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
– If your order arrives damaged, please email us clear photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
Customs & Duties (International Orders)
– International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
